Dr. Shiao graduated from University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and completed his Residency in General Surgery at Indiana University in 2008. He is licensed by the Colorado State Board and is certified by the American Board of Surgery. He has been practicing in Grand Junction as a partner in the General Surgeons of Western Colorado division of CSA since 2008.
