Jillian Chapman, PA-C

Jillians approach to medicine is grounded in patient-centered care and the belief that healing begins with listening. She believes every patient deserves to be heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. By taking the time to truly listen and build trust, she creates meaningful partnerships that support healing and overall well-being.

She is most passionate about forming genuine connections with her patients. For Jillian, being a Physician Assistant is both a privilege and a responsibility — one that allows her to make a real difference not only through treatment, but through the relationships she builds along the way.

Outside of work, Jillian is a figure skating coach and has recently returned to skating herself. She enjoys reading, participating in book clubs, traveling, and spending time outdoors. A former Environmental Education Summer Camp counselor, she values mentorship and looks forward to becoming more involved in the Grand Junction community. She is the youngest of three siblings — including an older sister who is also a Family Medicine PA — and shares her home with her four-year-old ball python, Michael.
