Erin Gibson, PA-C

General Surgeons of Western Colorado is pleased to welcome Erin Gibson, PA, to the team. Erin brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to surgical care, grounded in an educational foundation that emphasized empathy, collaboration, and teamwork. Her training included a unique Food is Medicine culinary course, equipping her to help patients incorporate nutrition into their recovery and overall health.

Erin is passionate about supporting patients and their families during challenging times and is committed to delivering high-quality, humanistic care. Erin feels privileged to walk alongside patients through important moments in their healthcare journey, helping them feel heard, supported, and understood. Outside of work, Erin enjoys hiking, soccer, yoga, traveling, and exploring new skills and hobbies.
