Lauren Holowchuk, PA-C

Lauren joined General Surgeons of Western Colorado in 2021. She went back to school to be a Physician Assistant after learning what they were while working in corporate America. She made a career change and choice to dedicate her professional life to taking care of people and helping them get well and stay well.

She loves getting to know her patients and finding out their interests, work, and any other interesting facts about them if they are willing to share. She feels there is always something you can learn from a single patient encounter.

Her hobbies include traveling, biking, hiking, paddleboarding, fitness, cooking. She had the opportunity to travel around the world living on a ship for her study abroad college experience. She visited 10 countries over 3.5 months.
